Using our ‘fast start’ service

We’re happy to help you get started using Pineaptitude by installing widgets or links to our sites for you.

Before you request help, be sure you’ve created at least one classroom and have a website. We can most easily work with Google Sites (both the old and new versions) and WordPress sites.

We can help with select other website building tools as well (see the section at the bottom of the page for details).

For a limited time, all Pineaptitude users are eligible for this free service. We’ll do our best to help you no matter what tool you use ā€” but there may be some cases where we can’t take care of installation for you.

‘New’ Google Sites

Note: In some cases, your account may not be able to invite users outside of your organization. If this is the case, please see our list of options at the bottom of the page.
  1. If you’re using the new Google Sites, click here. Select the site you want us to install your widget(s) on and click its icon.
  2. In the upper right toolbar, look for this icon (if you don’t see it, you’re probably using the “old” Google Sites. See separate section below for details):

  1. Click the icon.
  2. Follow these steps on the window that appears:

  1. Click Save changes or Done
  2. Now, send us an email from your account email address telling us which widgets or links you’d like us to add and where. Please include links to the pages you want us to edit and descriptions such as “add the latest homework assignment in the middle column.”
  3. Give us 24-48 hours and we’ll take care of things or write back if we have questions.
